Discover how Fertility Awareness Methods can help you.
As a Registered Nurse and Advanced Natural Fertility Practitioner based in Jersey Channel Islands, I’m here to help you navigate your fertility journey naturally using Fertility Awareness Methods otherwise known as FAM.
Who is FAM for?
Are you trying to get pregnant but struggling to do it naturally?
Do you want to stop using medication, devices and chemicals to regulate your periods or avoid pregnancy?
Is your cycle irregular and are you struggling to understand it?
Do you want to track your progress through Menopause?
Well choosing to follow Fertility Awareness Methods can help you address these issues in a natural way.
How can I help you?
Learn to track your fertility
Whether you’re trying to have children or want to avoid pregnancy naturally, it takes more than just using an app or ticking days off on a calendar for fertility tracking to reliably work.
That’s where I come in. I can teach you to use FAM to accurately predict your fertile window so you can manage your fertility naturally.
Breastfeeding + FAM
Breastfeeding your baby can affect your cycle and fertility but it doesn’t stop you from being able to get pregnant.
Many of the women I work with find that their hormones are all over the place after giving birth and adding in hormonal birth control to prevent pregnancy again is the last thing they want to do.
I can teach you how your fertility works while you are breastfeeding so you can be fertility aware, without the need for invasive or hormonal birth control.
I can help you understand your fertility in the early stages of breastfeeding and I can then support you to understand your body and transition to FAM as your periods return, your baby gets older and factors change.
Manage your menopause
Menopause is a natural process where your fertility reduces over a 5 to 10 year period before the process is fully complete.
By adopting Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM) as you journey through menopause, you can understand and monitor your own fertility naturally.
No rushing for immediate hormone replacement therapy, no synthetic birth control, no guessing your way through menopause.
Women’s Wellness
Your cycle is such an integral part of your health and wellness as a female
But often the stigma that surrounds periods means we don’t learn as much about our cycles as we should and this means many women don’t feel knowledgable enough to manage their fertility in a natural way - hence the widespread use of contraceptives from a young age.
Maybe you are looking to fill in the gaps of you cycle and period education, or perhaps you want to address a specific concern about your cycle or symptom.
I offer private, one to one consultations, where we can go over any questions you have regarding your cycle or fertility.
